Property Use Regulations

To ensure a seamless experience during press and filming activities, we require adherence to our property guidelines. Events must conclude by 10:00 PM. Alcohol service is restricted to licensed and insured providers; self-service is not permitted. Catering must be arranged through our preferred vendors, and vendor insurance is mandatory. For decor, please avoid open flames indoors and refrain from using nails, staples, or confetti. Only biodegradable materials are allowed outdoors. A weather contingency plan is essential, with tenting or indoor alternatives recommended. On-site parking is limited; we strongly suggest arranging shuttle services. Accessibility needs should be communicated in advance to arrange portable ramps and accessible restrooms. Service animals are welcome, while pets require prior approval and a handler plan.


